A United States Special Forces medic towers above a throng of Vietnamese village children during a visit to deliver supplies and medical aid by a Civil Action Program team.  This village, located in the vicinity of  Dinh Quan,  benefited greatly from these regular visits which offered them access to basic medical aid that was otherwise unattainable.  The Vietnamese police guard, visible in the white hat, provided much needed crowd control during these operations that allowed the medical team to dispense aid in a secure manner to all those requiring attention.
