Officers are shown here during a regular relief exercise in 1966.  Large amounts of essential supplies would be trucked in to a village and distributed to the population in a single day.  Children of the village would follow the US team members in hopes of receiving a treat.  This particular village had a population of approx. 600 and relief operations were common here is supplement their sustenance.
