Civil Action Programs were a core objective of the US Advisory Forces in Vietnam and a key part of that program was providing much needed supplies to the villagers.  Pictured is a good example of how supplies such as rice, wheat germ and cooking oil were distributed amongst the population of a village with the cooperation of the village Chief and South Vietnamese Army personnel. This particular relief effort took place shortly after a major battle in the area of Vo Xu 1966.
