I was just watching the Dicovery channel and saw a great documentary on the Italian campaign during WWI. It broke down the progression of the allied advance from Sicily through the rest of the Italian mainland. I went into the detail of the command changes and errors of command during the operation. Anyway...it was a great documentary and I was wondering if anyone else had come across other films that focus on this area of WWI as it does not seem to get that much coverage as did the other main battlefronts?

Yes I caught that program a while back somewhere and it was really quite good. Some of the battle strategy diagrams were a bit weak, but all in all it was really interesting. Not sure if there is another episode in that series that specifically deals with that campaign as that one pretty much covered it end to end, but I am sure I have seen other documentaries that have at least some focus on the Italian area of the war. I'll let you know if I come across any that stand out.
