| Common to many of the patients treated in village dispensaries serviced by US Advisory Medical Teams, this patient suffered from skin infections and other general health issues.Often a patient would bring their own living supplies to live within the dispensary for long periods while recovering. A dispensary of this size would often house up to 12 beds to be used for treatment for the village and surrounding area. The patient would remain within the dispensary for the duration of their illness and would await regular visits by the US Medical Teams. |
